These 30-minute sessions are much more than dogs searching for food!
They provide opportunities for dogs to build confidence as they move around investigating different heights, different textures, different sounds, and scents.  They are simple, low impact activities that can be rewarding, helping dogs to slow down, improve posture and release tension in the dog’s body as they engage the sensory part of their nervous system.
These sessions can also act as a stepping stone towards further learning and relaxation especially for those dogs who often feel anxious or fearful. These are also perfect for puppies and young dogs to safely learn about the world.
