For the purpose of exercising dogs in an enclosed area, free from the worry of them meeting other dogs/people for whatever reason. Some dogs just need some space! For fun, for training, for recall practice, for dogs who aren’t sociable with other dogs, or who are nervous. For owners with new dogs, rescue dogs, young puppies.
