Haytor Mutt Mayhem is situated on Green Lane, Ilsington approx 0.6 mile from the top of Green Lane or 0.5 mile from the bottom. Our address is Northacombe, TQ13 9RB. The postcode will get you onto Green Lane but not to our house as it does the whole of the road for the houses on the higher side! Once on Green Lane don’t turn off until you reach the farm then you will see our drive up to the field. There will be clear signs nearby to help and once you have arrived to point in correct direction.

Here at Haytor Mutt Mayhem we have made an area purpose built of approx 1.55 acres secured with 6ft 6″ high deer fence to enable you to exercise your dog and let it go crazy whilst you can sit and enjoy the fabulous views either down the valley or up to Haytor. There is an enclosed unloading area for up to 2 cars which you enter and close the gate behind you before letting you dog out into the safety of the main paddock, where there are plenty of things to help keep them occupied or just run! There is a plenty of space to throw a ball, go through the tyres and have a swim in our large 1500 litre water trough. There is a field shelter with a picnic table in/beside (table will be outside in summer months and inside during winter) should you need to shelter from the elements, plus other seats around the paddock to sit an admire the views. Inside the shelter are spare poo bags, treats and toys for the dogs to use.​
So if your dog is a rescue, struggling with recall, has a high prey drive (desire to chase other things) or in season then the paddock will give you a place to do this safely. Or if your looking for some where peaceful to sit and enjoy time with your dog our paddock will be perfect!   
We are only a stones throw from Haytor on Green Lane, which is only a short drive from the A38. There are some amazing facilities locally for eating and drinking, we have The Carpenters Arms in Ilsington just 2 mins across the valley, Ullacombe Farm shop only 5 mins over the hill on route back to Bovey Tracey. Both allow dogs on site so perfect for after your exercise to enjoy a bite to eat and 
We are open to talking to local dog walkers, puppy training groups and other groups about the hire of our paddock as we do have ample parking outside the  secure area. We do ask tho that there is no more than 3 dogs per person in the paddock at one time to ensure the poo is all cleared up.
